License Terms

These License Terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products, templates, worksheets, documents, and files (collectively, the "Content") provided by Rubi Business Playbooks LLC ("we," "us," or the "Licensor"), including the Business Resilience OS. By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using the Content, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership

The Content is licensed, not sold. Copyright 2026 James Villarrubia / Rubi Business Playbooks LLC. All rights reserved. The Content is protected by United States and international copyright laws. We retain all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Content.

2. Your license

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Content for your own personal or internal business operations.

3. What you may do

  • Print physical copies of the Content and its templates for use within your own business.
  • Save the digital files to your personal or company devices and internal secure servers.
  • Modify the templates to fit the specific needs of your own business.

4. What you may not do

  • Share, email, or redistribute the digital files to any third party outside your organization.
  • Resell, repackage, sublicense, white-label, rent, or create derivative works from the Content for commercial sale.
  • Upload the Content to public servers, open file-sharing sites, or use it to train public artificial intelligence models.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, or claim ownership or authorship of the Content, even if you have modified the templates.

5. Termination

Any breach of these terms results in immediate termination of your license, and you must stop using and permanently delete all copies of the Content. Termination for breach is separate from our refund guarantee; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Content is provided for educational and operational planning purposes and is offered "as is." Please review our Legal Disclaimers, which are part of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
